March your warrior out of your village toward the neutral one to the north. Roads, once you build them, get units there faster. 2. **Capture.** Stand on a village for one turn and it's yours. Neutral villages and enemy cities are taken the same way, and capturing cities is how you win. 3. **Build.** Cities earn coins. Spend them on buildings: a farm by your village raises its population, a lumber hut turns the forest into income. 4. **Grow.** Gathering and building earn the city points. When it levels up you choose a reward: income, population, unit cap, vision, a free unit, or more land. 5. **End turn.** Pick a technology to improve your town or your army, then tap End Turn. Your rivals move, and the map is a little more yours than it was.
